Digital patterns are delivered either by email or you will automatically be redirected to the download page.

Paper teddy bear & other stuffed animal patterns and teddy bear making kits will be shipped via US Mail.

Classes are digital unless otherwise specified. You can access your classes if you have an internet connection. The classes are streaming, not downloadable.

If purchasing a “Teddy Bear Academy Membership”, you are joining a membership website. Payments will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (yearly or monthly). You can cancel your membership at any time.

Patterns & Kits Refund Policy

Due to the nature of these products, there is a NO REFUND policy on any pattern or kit or class purchased from this site unless there is damage sustained in the shipping process. If so, the refund must be processed with the postal service and their rules must be followed. (ie: saving all shipping materials, etc…)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
